March 2012 saw the door of the Australian live music circuit kicked wide down by rock newcomers, Aerials, with the explosive release of ‘Silhouettes’.

While receiving nods from Trip J Unearthed and RAGE, the band have wasted no time in hitting the road with respected acts such as The Red Paintings, Over:Reactor and Greenthief.

November/December will see Aerials release their third and final single for 2012,”Patient Parades”, which reflects their more experimental influences such as Radiohead and Massive Attack. The accompanying clip was an experiment with film projections that resulted in close encounters with law enforcement, overdoses on Nodoz and carbon monoxide poisoning.

To support the release, the band will be embarking on a short run of east coast shows, with the highlight being a Triple Single Launch Party at Brisbane’s The Zoo with Greenthief and Forever the Optomist.
