Christopher Coleman is quickly ticking off his music aspirations. Last week saw Christopher and his Collective (a special 12 performer contingent) launch their debut EP Burnt Black Wood in the majestic surrounds of the Void at MONA, Tasmania.

This follows reaching another long held milestone, to perform on the main stage at Falls Festival Marion Bay, which he did this summer through the support of Triple J Unearthed and The Mercury. Adding to this performances at Cygnet Folk Festival, The Taste Festival, Party In the Paddock and supports for Sticky Fingers, Jordie Lane, The Woohoo Revue, and Eagle & the Worm; you can imagine it has been a rewarding few months.

With radio play on ABC, Triple J and Unearthed, Edge Radio, and a forthcoming feature week on Radio Adelaide, the Christopher Coleman Collective are setting their sights nationally over the coming months before Christopher goes international for 20+ shows touring solo throughout the UK during June/July.
