Dan And Amy announce the launch of their first single ‘Talk’ at The Worker’s Club on April 17 with support from Rob Muiños (Saskwatch) and Al Parkinson.

‘Talk’, produced by Tearlach Wales and mastered by Ed Brooks at RFI Mastering (Fleet Foxes, The Shins), reveals the Melbourne band’s rich, vibrant and textured sound that is impossible not to enjoy.

Dan And Amy are brother and sister, they have been for all their lives. With their band, Tom, Sarah and Nick, they play music influenced by a rich history of folk song writing with detailed harmonies and dramatic band arrangements.

They sound as if Paul Kelly wrote songs for Fleet Foxes and Peter, Paul and Mary sung them. There is a timeless quality to their music

Dan And Amy’s performances are honest, vivid and engaging. Be there for the start of something special.

Rob Muiños will be supporting in his first ever solo performance. Selling out venues and around the country as the guitarist for Saskwatch, Rob Muiños will reveal his talents as a signer-songwriter with his powerful songs reminiscent of Paul Kelly, Neil Young and Glen Hansard.

Al Parkinson is a Melbourne favourite. Simply seeing this lady perform, you immediately feel like she is an old friend. Her hilarious onstage banter is the perfect compliment to her soulful voice, playful ukulele, and wonderfully constructed songs of love and loss.

This launch is not to be missed.
