Sub Pop-Themed Hotel Rooms Exist Now


Last week we filled you in on the indie label’s weird (read:ugly)new range of footwear to help celebrate their 25th year anniversary of their foray into music. Well now, they’ve joined forces with hospitality with one hotel in the Seattle area offering Sub-Pop-themed rooms to their guests, reports NBC. Hotel Max, which has dubbed itself “downtown’s most artistic hotel”, has rooms that have been equipped with a turntable and vinyl copies of Sub Pop releases from Fleet Foxes, Flight of the Conchords, The Shins, and more, while the entire fifth floor is decorated in tribute to Nirvana and Soundgarden.
