The eight person-sized Eagle and the Worm are set to give their hometown of Melbourne a taste of their attention-grabbing live show when they take over Fitzroy venue The Workers Club for a four week residency starting from Tuesday 6th August.

Showcasing setlists that will take in acclaimed debut album Good Times through to their 2012 EP Strangelove, Eagle And The Worm will fire off crowd favourites like ‘Give Me Time’, ‘All I Know’, ‘Futureman’ and also tease new material they’ve been polishing up as well as bringing one or two special guests along for the ride.

The eight-piece musical collective are currently warming up audiences as part of Ball Park Music’s current national tour, and are well-honed to do so after spending the last year touring. Both for their own national trek and in hitting the road with Gomez.

The band are also one of the major drawcards of the inaugural Pigsty In July Festival lineup, the spin-off winter event from the fine folks who brought us The Gum Ball.

Be sure to catch Eagle And The Worm, and a selection of friends, when they take over The Workers Club this August.
