Already announced as headliners for the inaugural ‘intelligent’ dance music festival Listen Out 2013 (nee Parklife), UK electronic duo Disclosure have announced details of their sideshows for the festival, playing two exclusive headline gigs in October.

The most blogged about act of the year (according to a recent poll), they young Lawrence brothers – Guy, 21 and Howard, 18 – have been tipped as one of the year’s biggest breakout artists, building from the success of tracks like ‘Latch’, recent single ‘When A Fire Starts To Burn’, and ‘White Noise’ (featuring fellow Listen Out festival act AlunaGeorge).

All three hit singles feature on Disclosure’s album Settle, a “debut collection of undeniably catchy party-friendly anthems” according to our Tone Deaf reviewer. The album – which also features appearances from Jessie Ware, Friendly Fires’ Ed McFarlane and Jamie Woon – also scored critical acclaim from across the music press and media whiled debuting at #5 in the Australian album charts and #1 in their native UK.

Disclosure will be performing an All Ages show in Sydney at the Hi-Fi, as well as performance at Melbourne’s Prince Bandroom that will see the duo deliver an under ages set in the afternoon before playing their 18+ show in the evening.

The just-announced sideshows complements Disclosure’s appearance at the top of the bill for the first ever Listen Out electronic music festival, which features the likes of Azealia Banks, AlunaGeorge, and Duke Dumont on the touring lineup which hits Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
