The John Steel Singers Australian Tour 2013 has been announced to commemorate the release of the band’s long-awaited sophomore album Everything’s A Thread.
After a BIGSOUND performance that left crowds lining up around the block, and a fiery East Coast tour, The John Steel Singers are hitting the road for a national tour this November. Spreading a chaotic and glorious haze over five states within four weeks, The John Steel Singers will unleash a swag of new tunes from their forthcoming release.
The lads hinted to the raucous affair that is new album Everything’s A Thread last month – out Friday 8th – when they revealed tasty teaser ‘State of Unrest’ online. The single and album title track ‘Everything’s A Thread’ followed this month, wetting appetites and leaving fans hungered for more.
The track sees The John Steel Singers at their most frantic yet… and there’s plenty more where that came from when they hit stages this November, playing new material and some old favourites and brand new material from the forthcoming follow-up to their 2010 debut Tangalooma.
The John Steel Singers sophomore album Everything’s A Thread is out Friday 8th November via Dew Process/Universal. New single ‘Everything’s A Thread’ is out now.
Tickets to The John Steel Singers’ national Everything’s A Thread Tour are on sale Wednesday 2nd October.
