The 360 Australian Tour 2014 has been announced as the titan of Aussie hip hop braces for the release of his latest record.

One of the hottest and most controversial names in Australian music, 360 is heading out on his biggest ever tour across the country this September. This is 360’s first headline tour in over two years and since the release of Falling And Flying, the double platinum album that resulted in the MC’s meteoric rise to fame.

A lot has changed since Falling And Flying delivered six certified smash-hit singles (‘Child’ – Platinum, ‘Run Alone’ – Platinum, ‘Killer’ – Gold, ‘Just Got Started ‘– Gold, ‘Throw it Away’ – Gold) and 4x Platinum lead single ‘Boys Like You’ was voted #8 in Triple J’s Hottest 100 2012 and peaked at #3 in the ARIA singles charts while 360 was up for ten ARIA nominations of which he was awarded Breakthrough Artist and Producer of the Year.

Fast forward to 2014 and 360 has continued to evolve and stay at the forefront of his game. With his third album Utopia set to drop on Friday 13th June (via Forthwrite Records/EMI), Sixty has created a unique world of hip hop, with elements of pop, rock and dance; a brilliant and ambitious display of influences that come together seamlessly to pave a musical journey through his deepest, darkest imagination in the form of Utopia.

Fans have already had three samples of the album’s bold new directions. First came Utopia‘s lead singe, the dubstep-and-Daniel Johns collaboration, ‘Impossible’, then ‘On A Planet No One Knows’, an anti-racism anthem beautifully timed in the lead-up to Australia Day. The latest cut being the lyrically grabbing ‘Sixavelli’ featuring British MC Lunar C. All in all it’s the strongest of the three tracks already heard from Utopia, and on this sonic evidence, it’s shaping up to be a very interesting listen

Don’t miss your chance to see 360 performing his biggest hits as well as tracks from his forthcoming album ‘Utopia’ this September with special guests to be announced.
