Local legend Jen Cloher has just released her take on ‘Sad Dark Eyes’ the 1967 classic single from Aussie rockers The Loved Ones.
Featuring Jen Sholakis (East Brunswick All Girls Choir) on drums, Bones Sloane (Courtney Barnetts) on bass and Courtney Barnett on guitar, ‘Sad Dark Eyes’ is an impressive follow on from Cloher’s incredible 2013 record In Blood Memory.
Forget ‘Like A Version’ this is probably one of the best covers you’ll hear this year.
