On the back of a successful crowd funding campaign to support the recording and release of her sophomore album, we asked for more of Melbournian singer/songwriter Georgia Fields and we got it.

We have the first peak at the upcoming record Astral Debris via single ‘The Hood And The Hunter’ that will be available on 27th June. The new track boasts an unlikely collaboration with electronic producer Tim Shiel (Faux Pas, Bertie Blackman, Gotye) and shimmers with leafy goodness supported by an undergrowth of Fields’ commanding lyricism.

The clip finds Fields in a forrest, donning the age old and unmistakable red hood, weaving her way and becoming one with her surrounds. She then evolves to be a forrest spirit/queen, with a skull for a crown, blurring the lines between the astral realm and her own reality to creating something organic.

Keep an eye on her website for updates regarding the release and get your hands on a copy of the single from 27th June. Watch below.
