A Paul Simon & Sting Australian Tour 2015 has been announced, as two of music’s most renowned and enduring artist bring their critically-acclaimed On Stage Together tour to Australia in February 2015.
Presented by Live Nation Global Touring, the Paul Simon & Sting Australian Tour 2015 will hit Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth, as well as a series of outdoor venues as part of a new series of A Day on The Green shows.
As long-time friends, the two singer-songwriters came up for the concept of the ‘On Stage Together tour at the Robin Hood Foundation benefit in 2013 where they performed together for the first time. Both artists, who are known for exploring world rhythms in their musical work, have pushed the boundaries of popular music and continue to speak to generations of fans.
Following on from their North American tour earlier this year, the Paul Simon & Sting Australian Tour 2015 will see both artists blending their voices and drawing deep from their catalogue – performing their best-known songs both together and apart, from The Police through to Simon & Garfunkel and more.
Tickets for all performances go on sale 10am on Monday 7th July. The artists’ fans will have access to a pre-sale through each artist’s official website starting Tuesday 1st July at 10am through Thursday, July 3rd at 3pm (all times local).
