Electronic folk-artist Rose Wintergreen has just released the video to ‘This City’ —the incredibly promising second single from her forthcoming mini-album Aurora.
This textured and moving new track showcases Rose’s attention commanding vocals, and sultry emotion.
According to Rose, This City “portrays a woman’s struggle to stay true to herself and preserve her sanity while dealing with immense grief amidst the cold impersonality of a big city.”
The upcoming album Aurora was produced by award-winning Alice Springs artist and producer Dave Crowe, and showcases an eclectic array of material refined in collaboration with some of Australia’s finest songwriters, including Charles Jenkins, Angie Hart, Jen Cloher, Clare Bowditch and Mick Thomas.
