Following on from announcing the first of its massive BIGSOUND Live 2014 lineup, the organisers of Australia’s arguably biggest and best music industry conference have announce the second round of speakers for the event, including two keynote addresses from songwriting legends.

A collection of 50 music industry figures, media representatives, top executives, musicians and artists are now attending BIGSOUND 2014, bringing the total tally of speakers to over 70, for this year’s edition of the Brisbane event, taking over Fortitude Valley from 10th to the 12th September.

Opening BIGSOUND 2014 will be a keynote address from legendary Crowded House/Split Enz/solo artist Neil Finn, discussing his long and illustrious career from his origins in New Zealand to his many side projects. The Church’s Steve Kilbey will also offer his insight on the Aussie music industry in a special panel and also perform a special album preview show for The Church’s new album and lineup (feat. Powderfinger guitarist Ian Haug) exclusively for BIGSOUND 2014 delegates.

That includes the two nights of gigs, showcases, and concerts that forms BIGSOUND Live 2014, which has already confirmed an impressive list of 80 artists will be performing at the Brisbane music conference this September.
