Long time friends and collaborators Jack Mannix (Drown Under) and Angie Bermuda (Straight Arrows/ Southern Comfort) have just released ‘Prey’ a demo from their new project GLOSS.

Previously the duo made up Sydney band Circle Pit, but as announced on the band’s Facebook page “CIRCLE PIT IS DEAD. LONG LIVE GLÖSS”.  In their new venture as GLOSS the duo have swapped fuzzy guitar and sunny garage drums for grubby synths and moody pulsating drum machines.

Though only a demo, we’re hoping these darker sounds are a taste of what’s to come from this incredibly talented team, who are currently recording their debut album with Tim Dwyer of Sydney’s Horse Macgyver.
