Following on from announcing their terrific first round, and second round of acts, the AWME 2014 lineup has expanded with the first round of international delegates and the final addition of artists to the bill for the seventh edition of the Australasian Worldwide Music Expo.

Taking place in Melbourne from the 13th – 16th November, AWME 2014 will once again be stocked with high-profile speakers across a broad conference program featuring around 500 local and international music and arts industry professionals.

Accompanying the panels and expo is an array of local and international talent performing showcases, featuring every kind of music genre – from soul to hip hop, jazz to rock, ska to reggae, you name it.

Attendees of AWME are music representatives from some of the worlds leading festivals, global booking agencies, record labels, musicians, performers and arts organisations, all working together to foster stronger relationships, during the four days of non-stop music, networking and conference sessions.

AWME has also announced the final artists and DJs to complete the 2014 line-up including:

Local dynamic vocalist, entertainer and songwriter, Mojo Juju is 5’3″ of wise-crackin, sass-mouthin, jump-jivin attitude wrapped up in a zoot suit and propped up on a Cuban heel. She will showcase her versatility of genres and style, while launching her latest single ‘My Heart Is Not A Yoyo’. Originally from Rapa Nui (Easter Island), comes Yoyo Tuki with his eclectic mix of grooves and rhythms, rare and refreshing captivating sounds, dubbed Pacific-World Fusion.

Uptown Brown, an inventor, musician, aviator and adventurer, will bring his crowning glory and the patented “Goodtimes Gyratorscope” – a musical machine that permits an athletic fellow to play multiple instruments at once. The Burundian Drummer Group of Victoria will delight audiences with their incredible drumming and dancing.
