Following his sold out tour last month, Fractures’ has released his latest remarkable video for ‘It’s Alright’ and announced more Australian dates in November to mark the end of his world tour.

The powerful video clip is a collaboration with Melbourne filmmaker Matthew Chuang and was shot in the abandoned city of Pripyat, Ukraine and traces a fictional former inhabitant’s movements through empty homes and schools deserted in 1986.  The man’s attempts to revive memories of lost lives mirror Fractures’ bruised electronica to emotive effect.

The announcement of new Sydney and Melbourne shows in November rounds out a big year on the home front for Mark Zito. He made his Splendour in the Grass debut and supported Wild Beasts’ in July, sold out a string of his own headline shows in August, played Big Sound in September and is confirmed to play Beyond The Valley on New Year’s Eve.

Fractures is also set to embark on a world tour in October playing Culture Collide Festival in Los Angeles (October 17-18) CMJ in New York (October 21-25) and a London Sebright Arms headline (October 30), followed by London Calling Festival in Amsterdam (November 1). In order to help fund the tour, Fractures has put together a Pozible campaign check out all the details (and score yourself some cool rewards) over here.
