Aus Premiere: Andras & Oscar’s Smooth New Album ‘Café Romantica’

Café Romantica is the debut album by Andras & Oscar, aka the prolific and very talented Melbournites Andras Fox and Oscar Key Sung.

Respected solo artists in their own rights, they performed together at Golden Plains earlier this year and for Boiler Room TV, separately they played at Splendour In The Grass and while Oscar has just returned from a US tour, Andras is currently DJing across Europe.

Like the single off the LP ‘Looking Back’, which our writer called “a pastel-coloured pop track with a tropical flavour, gliding along on a leisurely house melody with plumes of breezy synth chords” Café Romantica is house music being delivered with new level of class. The LP is rough, ready and romantic, but still somehow undeniably smooth.

A follow up from last year’s popular Embassy Café mini LP, Café Romantica is out this Friday October 17th via Chapter Music (Aus/NZ) and Dopeness Galore (internationally). If you can’t wait until then, check out the entire album below.
