He’s been praised as the most prolific and hardest working man in music, and when it comes to Ty Segall, it’s emphatically warranted.

The Californian explosion of psychedelic and garage rock released his seventh record entitled Manipulator in August  (to which we demand you check out) which took a 14-months to complete, which is like a decade for Segall.

‘The Singer’ is a standout on the record that now has a rad video to accompany it.

The stringed tune features a visual of Segall in a cluttered, junkyard of a living area, each member of the travelling band appearing in black and white beside him playing their instruments, like part of his imagination.

You can catch the rockin’ extraordinare at Meredith Music Festival or around the country this December.
