Sydney’s blissful dream-gaze quartet Day Ravies have released a new track and although it’s not exactly what you’d expect, it’s killer.

‘This Side Of The Fence’ sees the band climb over to the other side of the fence, leaving behind the upward gaze of Tussle to explore the depths of Krautrock.

In utilising drum machines and bleeping synthesisers, rather akin to the sounds produced by Melbourne art-rockers NUN, Day Ravies’ new tune is an interesting and exciting new direction for one of Australia’s forward thinking outfits.
