Lepers and Crooks are a five-piece that hail from Sydney who have caused a flurry of excitement recently, which is unsurprising considering they are the first act to be signed to ex-INXS manager Chris Murphy’s newly launched company.
On their cracker of a single ‘Her Kiss’ the band do what they do best, creating an uplifting, anthemic jam that’s almost impossible not to throw your fists up to in unification.
Sonically, the band explore the depths of hearty desert rock but with a unique addition of their own special spices, rather akin to the sounds produce by fellow-Aussie rockers, Kingswood.
