First things first, don’t be fooled by the descriptive of “surf rock”, ‘Home’ isn’t some breezy beach tune to drift away to, we said rock and we mean rock.
The quartet wail through three and-a-half minutes of chunky-riffs, unleashing wave after wave of coastal twanging tones before the vocals erupt into a fit of unabashed howling glory. This is definitely a tune to catch live.
Speaking of, Waxhead are hitting the East Coast for a 12-date tour over November and December later this year.
