Remember Paris Hilton? The painful socialite who attempted to be an actor, a reality TV star, a model, a designer and a singer? Of course you do, but do you recall that she’s also apparently a DJ?
Yep, it’s true, and if you aren’t already rolling your eyes in frustration, wait until you find out how much she pockets at the end of one of her “DJ sets.”
In a recent interview Hilton has claimed that she earns up to $1million USD after just one appearance, as The Guardian (via New York Post) point out. We know and we cannot believe it either.
This ridiculous news arrives after reports that the heiress made a mind-boggling $2.7million for a four-night residency at Ibiza’s Amnesia Club, the 33-year old commenting “My mother always told me it’s not polite to discuss money, but it’s true,” before cementing “I’m very proud. I’ve worked hard.”
We know that this is very difficult to hear, but Hilton continued on her foray into the music business, describing it as her “passion” before dropping a comment that sounds like it fell out the mouth of Chris Lilley’s Ja’mie King, “I don’t want to be bragging, but it’s great to be paid well for what you love doing.”

Hilton is “killing it” this year, having released single ‘Come Alive‘ and is now signed to Lil Waynes’ Cash Money label and is working on her sophomore record, a follow-up to her debut in 2006 entitled Paris which featured the woeful ‘Stars Are Blind’.
The starlet currently holds a residency at Harrah’s Resort in New Jersey, sadly, Tone Deaf can’t report whether we’ll be catching Pazza dropping some bangers anytime soon in Australia.
Perhaps there just isn’t enough money in this country to foster such a bourgeoning EDM master, or maybe she’s scared she might bump into Rob “Millys” Mills again.
