Following the release of everyone’s favourite chord-slinging cowboy Davey Lane’s killer debut LP Atonally Young comes the video accompaniment to the lead single ‘She’s A Timebomb’.
The brainchild of Melbourne-based filmmaker and director Bonnie Moir, the film was actaully already shot and edited before Moir approached Davey Lane with the idea of marrying it to the angular soundtrack of ‘She’s A Timebomb’.
Moir explained the meaning behind the short film turned music video hybrid “I am interested in looking at all sides of human character. I wanted to create something strong, bratty and totally out of control. I wanted to steer away from mediocrity and find a place where the unacceptable is given expression. Davey provided a perfect track for this.”
