Tonight this Friday 7th Melbourne indie-rockers Five Mile Sniper are celebrating the launch of their new single ‘Gone’ at The Workers Club in Fitzroy.

A supergroup of sorts, Five Mile Sniper are comprised of singer/songwriter John Baxter (Prettymess, Holocene & Alcotomic), Doug Robertson (Icecream Hands), Matt Balfe (Motor Ace), Geoff Barnes (P76) and Paul Inglis (Prettymess), Five Mile Sniper recently announced the forthcoming release of their debut album The Sound of Trees, set for February 2015.

The launch for ‘Gone’ will be the band’s debut performance. Tickets are now available via OzTix and will feature a bonus collector’s edition of the ‘Gone’ single and acoustic version of ‘Can’t Go On’ for the first 50 pre-orders.
