Pearl have some big news to share with their fans. Not only has the up-and-coming Melbourne glam-pop outfit signed with Dot Dash / Remote Control Records for the worldwide release of their debut album, Pretend You’re Mine, this February, but they’ve just unveiled the LP’s hypnotic lead single, ‘Big Shot’.

Readers can get a taste for what to expect of the band’s highly anticipated debut full-length below. ‘Big Shot’ is a sultry, slinky trip that’s equal parts Suicide, Goldfrapp, and David Bowie, while showcasing what’s made Pearls such an underground phenomenon, including their catchy dual vocals, claps and perfectly placed guitar.

Their addition to the Remote Control Records roster sees them joining the likes of Courtney Barnett, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Client Liaison, Saskwatch, Klo, Velociraptor, and Sunbeam Sound Machine at one of Australia’s most renowned and trusted labels.
