Càbãnå are a three piece indie pop band from Melbourne, comprised of hree freshly faced teens that hail from the Southern ‘burbs of Melbourne, comprising of Avi, Nate and a special lad by the name of Gab Strum (whom you may as Japanese Wallpaper).
This Friday marks the release of thier brand new EP titled Càbãnå. Partially recorded in Chet Faker’s own studio, and mastered by Malcolm Besley (North East Party House) the trio’s debut EP is out via local taste-making label Pilerats.
Getting excited about this EP we recently wrote about the EP opener and lead single ‘Done As Dinner’, which our writer called a “gorgeously infectious tune guests hightoned guitars, a whirlpool of glistening synths and a buoyant beat that come together to produce a tune reminiscent of Phoenix, but with homely Aussie refinements.”
