The bustling live music scene of the North Shore is about to welcome its newest flagship event, with organisers announcing the launch of Party In The Park 2015. Debuting this March, Party In The Park will take over the iconic North Sydney Oval with an all-Aussie lineup featuring The Cat Empire, The Jezabels, The Paper Kites, and more.

This brand new, one-day, outdoor concert will see five talented Australian acts hitting the stage, which will be located next to the North Sydney Oval’s famous fig tree. In addition to the aforementioned groups, the lineup will be rounded out with appearances from Husky and Sons of the East.

Organisers promise “roaming entertainment” and punters will be encouraged to meet up with friends at bars and party hubs around North Sydney. Party In The Park is sure to be a festival experience unlike any other on the East Coast, with a relaxed atmosphere and a focus on talented Australian acts.

“What better place than this amazing park? It ticks all the boxes: it’s close to transport, has first-rate facilities, is surrounded by great pubs and restaurants, and has plenty of space for punters to roam around, chill on the hill or get up front to party,” said Party In The Park promoter Paul Chesher.
