Shepparton’s finest rhyme-slinger, Briggs, has recruited some of the most recognised names in Australian hip-hop, including the esteemed likes of Hilltop Hoods, The Funkoars, Vents, and K21, to join him on his latest batch of whip smart one-two punchlines, ‘Golden Era’.

Set against a fresh-sounding mix of boom-bap drums and psychedelic samples, Briggs and his consigliere’s hit you with line after line of fiery, battle-style lyrics, each bar filled with more venom than the last: “Thinking about kicking up dust or making a fuss? / Teeth, you’ll be picking them up“.

‘Golden Era’ is cut from Briggs’ latest full-length effort, Sheplife. Unveiled back in August via Golden Era Records, the album has garnered acclaim, serving as the perfect sequel to 2010’s The Blacklist and 2009’s indecently released Homemade Bombs.

Briggs is also running a remix competition, details:
