The latest additions to the 2015 lineup of England’s world-famous Download Festival have been announced, confirming a small contingent of Aussies including Byron Bay metalcore favourites Parkway Drive and Sydney’s own Northlane.

These two will now be sharing stages alongside international heavyweights like Slipknot, Muse, Judas Priest, Faith No More, KISS, and more. The latest additions, meanwhile, also included the likes of Billy Idol, Lamb of God, and DragonForce.

Parkway Drive are currently enjoying a European jaunt as they continue to celebrate their most recent album, 2012’s Atlas. They last embarked on a tour of their homeland earlier this year, hitting up Groovin The Moo and Live It Up festivals.

Meanwhile, Northlane, who tweeted that they are “STOKED” to be playing the British festival, have been making headlines of the past few months after longtime frontman Adrian Fitipaldes announced his departure from the group, recently replaced by new vocalist Marcus Bridge.
