Though they’ve already more than earned the title with their recent, 30-date RAW Tour across Australia, acclaimed Sydney five-piece Lepers & Crooks are cementing their place as Australia’s hardest working band by doing what they do best and hitting the highways once again on their biggest tour to date.
“2014 was an amazing year for us, we have learnt so much and keep developing our craft under the watchful eye and guidance of CM Murphy and his team,” said the band. “We are so excited to get back out on the road, to re-connect with existing and new fans and perform the songs from our EP, as well as a bunch of new songs we have just written up in Ballina.”
Always ones to outdo themselves, the band have announced an extensive and incredibly ambitious 50-date tour around the country, in support of their recent Her Kiss EP, which is available today via iTunes and Spotify. While Her Kiss is sure to garner the boys even more acclaim for their recorded output, a consistent stream of blistering live shows has earned Lepers & Crooks a reputation as one of the country’s must-see live bands, with their intelligent and emotive songs brought to life by dynamic, raucous performances.
This December, and powering on through till May, fans in major cities and rural hot spots will now be able to witness the unique sonic world of Lepers & Crooks once again, a force that began in 2012 as a teenage brotherhood of schoolmates who had a passion for powerful, anthemic rock and getting away from the strain of the outside world.
