Today marks the release of ‘Garden’ the brand new video from Archer. Born in North Carolina, just short an hour from the Appalachian mountains, Archer is “an old-time sing song man”, who now calls Australia home.
He busks, works on farms, labours, and at present he hails from deep in the Victorian countryside. He plucks guitar, writes and plays country bush blues, and every new song from Archer sounds 100 years old, and ‘Garden’ is no exception.
Beautifully simple and quietly moving, the video to ‘Garden’ was directed by Wilk, and filmed in the Western Victorian Old Volcanic Countryside. The single was taken from Archer’s 2014 record Old Time Sing Song Man available via Bandcamp.
