Incubus, Antemasque & Le Butcherettes

Alternative rock veterans Incubus are on the most talked-about acts on the Soundwave 2015 lineup, commanding an international following of millions through a steady stream of acclaimed albums and hit singles like ‘Drive’, ‘Nice To Know You’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Are You In?’, ‘Pardon Me’, and many more.

Spawned from the prolific creative minds of Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Cedric Bixler-Zavala, who first turned heads as members of seminal garage outfit At The Drive In then became superstars as peerless progressive rock giants The Mars Volta, Antemasque were one of the most highly acclaimed bands of 2014.

Meanwhile, Mexican garage-punk trio Le Butcherettes wield a powerful musical formula that is equal parts Patti Smith, Bikini Kill, and The Dead Boys. Renowned for their dynamic live performances, which have seen them touring the US with the likes of The Flaming Lips, Omar Rodriguez Lopez and Jane’s Addiction.

All three will be performing as part of an incredible Sidewave show that cannot be missed. Incubus, Antemasque & Le Butcherettes are set to hit up The Forum in Melbourne and Sydney’s famous Enmore Theatre for a special all ages performance next month. Slash & Steel Panther

There are few names in music more renowned than Slash. A bonafide pop culture icon, the former Guns N’ Roses guitarist, member of the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall Of Fame, and the creator of some of the most memorable guitar work of all time. Most recently, Slash has been unveiling consistently acclaimed records with his band, The Conspirators.

Meanwhile, Steel Panther have developed a reputation as a must-see live band through their constant touring and their much buzzed-about live performances, which are at once hilarious and packed with high-energy rock and roll tunes, which harken back to ’80s hair metal. This incredible rock pairing will be hitting up venues in Melbourne and Sydney this February.
