The Courtneys

With a sound that harkens back to the alt-rock sound of the early ’90s, when bands like Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr, and The Clean reigned supreme, paired with a fun-in-the-sun West Coast mentality, The Courtneys are quickly generating momentum on the back of their new self-titled eight-track album. Packed with clever, fuzzed-up jangle pop tunes, the album is the perfect soundtrack to the summer, filled with tight musicianship, sharp hooks, and dynamic songcraft. Meanwhile, with influences like Eddy Current Suppression Ring and Flying Nun, their live show is an energetic and unforgettable spectacle.

Louis Futon

Formerly a duo, Louis Futon, now a solo project, is hitting harder than ever with a series of fierce remixes and original productions. The second coming of the Louis Futon project is not defined by genres, but is instead marked by a commitment to just making music that is good to listen to and damn near irresistible to dance to. This approach is most notable in his track ‘Sir Rock’, which is set to feature on Louis Futon’s forthcoming self-titled EP. Joining Futon on his Australian tour is Philadelphia native Kosher.
