The story of Boston’s most beloved heavy rock outfit is one of survival. Having lived through everything from grunge and post-grunge, to nu-metal, the mighty Godsmack still stand above the pack as one of the most respected hard rock bands to come out of the US, even staking claim to their own day in their hometown, ‘Godsmack Day’.
Joining them for two very special Soundwave 2015 sideshows will be Californian favourites Papa Roach, still kicking serious ass after 20 years of enduring tunes. Armed with a new record titled F.E.A.R, the band are stronger than ever, consistently garnering rave review for their energetic and confrontational live performances.
Meanwhile, Florida quintet Nonpoint will be bringing the dynamism and energy that has seen them crisscross the US with the likes of Stone Sour, Disturbed, Papa Roach, All That Remains, and many more to The Forum in Melbourne and Brisbane’s The Tivoli.
