We’re well into February now, but the awesome local tours just keep on coming. Today we’ve got an incredible selection of talented Aussie singer-songwriters, some fantastic indie pop, and even a bonafide Aussie rock legend, with tours from Steve Smyth, Timberwolf, Adalita, Loon Lake, Elizabeth Rose, Montaigne, Hollow Everdaze, Darren Hanlon, and Xavier Rudd.

Steve Smyth

Having released his debut full-length album, Exits, to widespread critical acclaim last year, Australian singer-songwriter Steve Smyth promptly got to cementing his reputation as one of Australia’s hardest working performers by embarking on an extensive national tour.

Playing shows that stretched across some 80+ towns across the country, Steve recently announced a string of new dates to bookend what has been one of the summer’s most raved about tours. It will be the last chance Aussie fans get to see Steve and his band before they make for America and SXSW.

23-year-old Australian singer-songwriter Timberwolf has announced he will be celebrating the release of his latest single, ‘It Burns’, which has garnered strong radio support and public acclaim since its release in late 2014, with a new tour kicking off later this month.

Timberwolf has said the new single “captures a largely theatrical tale I created. It tells the story of a hypothetical character who wanders lost in a dark conflict, and effectively sells his soul and life as he knows it to pursue music. In doing so he finds the inner peace he’s been searching for… But like most things in life it does come at a cost.”
