Music festival’s don’t have to break the bank, and they can even serve a good cause. Just ask the organisers of Yardest, a not-for-profit event taking place two hours outside of Sydney this March, featuring a lineup including The Laurels, The Walking Who, The Upskirts, and many more.

The festival, which contributes to the Asylum Seekers Centre, an organisation that provides practical and personal support for asylum seekers living in the community, is entering its fourth year in 2015 and has surpassed its previously suburban venue, so something new and improved is on the cards for this year.

As organisers write, Yardfest is venturing over the hills for 2015 and will be taking place at a secret location two hours outside of Sydney this time around. Punters making the trek will be treated to two nights of camping and two days of music, live art, food, and “everything funky”.

Oh, and did we mention that you get all of this for just $45? This is a chance to experience a unique festival that supports hard-working bands, live art, community-building, and creates a platform for everyone to enjoy the arts for under $50. Check out all the details below.
