Sydney rock n rollers Bonez are today premiering their brand new video for their killer single ‘Lemonade’.
Set as though watching from the comfort of your armchair, the clip flicks through channels of mindless corporate propaganda mixed with crazy footage from such occasions as the Black Friday Sales in the US and a Bonez live show at Frankie’s Pizza. Even our own Tony Abbott cops a shot, matched with the vocal line “We got States of fools who make our rules…”.
Bonez’s lead-singer Tomi explains the message behind the video “there’s so much information being jammed down everyone’s throats every day… it’s hard to know exactly what to believe. I don’t know what to believe, but I know that when Jay-Z gets beat up by Beyonce’s Sister in a lift I wanna know all about it… and odds are I will hear about little else”.
