Having enjoyed a rapturously received, highly successful inaugural event in 2015, the organisers of UNIFY Gathering have officially announced the dates and several crucial details about their eagerly anticipated sophomore event.

If you’re hoping to attend next year’s event, because you had such an awesome time at this year’s or you were one of the unlucky ones that missed out, make sure you keep Saturday, 16th January and Sunday, 17th January free. Mark your calendars!

While there’s no confirmed ticketing info just yet, pre-sale tickets are expected to hit sale closer to the middle of the year, and organisers are considering giving this year’s attendees early release privileges.

The event will be held at the same location as this year’s, which took place in Tarwin Meadows, Gippsland. However, organisers say that expanding the event to the rest of the East Coast would “be the dream”, though that’s all it will remain for now.

As for the all-important lineup, which this year featured such luminaries as The Amity Affliction, Northlane, In Hearts Wake, and more, organisers are set to start naming bands in “a couple months this year”, so keep an eye out. Organisers say there’s spots for 20 bands.

Best of all, organisers want to know who you want to see on the lineup, taking to Facebook to ask fans what their five dream bands would be for UNIFY. So far, a Carpathian reunion, Parkway Drive, I Valiance, Dream On Dreamer, and I Killed The Prom Queen have been receiving strong support.
