Following the release of the impressive single ‘Play With Fire’ Melbourne duo The Horns (aka Roy Amar and Daniel J.C) have today dropped their brand new track ‘Us Alone’.
Taken from their forthcoming, self-titled EP, this new track ‘Us Alone’ is a far more slow-driving offering which sees the band get a little more sonically experiment in the studio.
The Spanish inspired guitar, amongst a bed of subtle 808 flavoured beats, make up the backbone of the track while never commanding your attention as the multi-layered, emotive vocals, guide proceedings. Climaxing to a funk tinged bridge with close friend Stacey Gray (Trial Kennedy, Ecca Vandal) handling solo duties as the track pulses in all the right ways.
