After delivering one the most memorable Like A Versions the Triple J studios have ever seen, not to mention charming the hearts of thousands of Aussie fans in January, Welsh indie rockers, Catfish and the Bottlemen are making their triumphant return ‘Down Under for Splendour In The Grass festival – and they’ve just revealed they’ll also be playing sideshows.

The band have announced two Splendour sideshows; Wednesday 22 July at Corner Hotel in Melbourne and Thursday 23 July at Oxford Art Factory in Sydney, before heading north to the sold out Splendour In The Grass, which is set to be an absolute ripper.

Since the four-piece left our shores in January, they’ve kicked a bagful of goals, winning the coveted ‘Best Newcomer’ at the inaugural BBC Music Awards. In the US they were announced as the ‘Number 1 New Artist in America’ by Billboard Magazine and ‘Kathleen’, recently performed on The Late Show With David Letterman, became the Number 1 most added song at Alternative Radio.

They were one of the most talked about acts as this year’s epic SXSW conference in Austin, Texas, their live show blowing punters away as they delivered their powerful, thrilling tunes.
