Those of you who tuned into Triple J’s Breakfast show yesterday will remember hosts Matt Okine and Alex Dyson getting sweaty with a special edition of Matt and Alex-ercise. Well, now dear readers, you can enjoy the visual splendour that it provided in the Triple J studios.

Donning hot pants and not much else, the hosts can be seen in the video below engaging in some “clean eating” by munching furiously on kale, as well as enduring some aerobics, pole dancing, yoga, and a few laps on the exercise bike, all with a very special soundtrack.

To accompany the incredible visuals, local EDM favourites Peking Duk have paired together with Joyride to put together a brand new tune inspired by exercise and healthy living. It’s the perfect soundtrack to any hot pants-clad workout.

Speaking to Triple J yesterday morning, the boys from Peking Duk said that they’ve dubbed the new track ‘Levels By Avicii’ and we’re certain you’ll hear it drop at their upcoming Splendour In The Grass performance, maybe right after Darude’s ‘Sandstorm’.
