Melbourne’s own talented folk-pop chanteuse Esther Holt is today premiering the brand new video for her stunning single ‘By Water’.
Our first introduction to the talented singer songwriter was in 2013 when Holt accompanied local legend Whitley (on a national tour including at Splendour In The Grass) proving backing vocals for this single ‘My Heart Is Not A Machine’.
Now Holt is a fully fledged multi-instrumentalist, whose undeniable talents comes via the form of melodically sweet, moody indie country infused folk songs like ‘By Water’.
The video for ‘By Water’ was created with Sydney director Jess Hallay and features Holt as connected to a figure re ‘Jolene’ while their story is played out in the eerie beachside home.
