Following on from their highly successful inaugural year, the organisers of “Australia’s first ever neo-soul, jazz and hip-hop festival” have now announced the dates and lineup of Soulfest 2015. Round Two will feature the likes of Mary J Blige, Jill Scott, Jhene Aiko, and more.

Also included on the lineup is R&B veteran Charlie Wilson, conscious hip-hop pioneer Talib Kweli, legendary trio De La Soul, and acclaimed soul vanguard Dwele, as well as appearances from some homegrown favourites like Melbourne singer Daniel Merriweather and award-winning rapper Remi.

Best of all, this is just the beginning. A second announcement is coming and as Channel V reports, Soulfest 2015 will comprise over 20 live acts and DJs, who will feature throughout the 10-hour day, across two stages and a DJ marquee

This year’s Soulfest will also feature “an expansive array of cuisine” with authentic soul food and pop-up eateries, as well as several themed bars featuring fine wine, imported beers and spirits, and cafe’s serving world-class coffee.

Members tickets are set to hit sale next Monday, 18th May at 10am, with general public tickets on sale from Wednesday, 27th May. Soulfest offer a part-payment ticketing system, allowing you to book now and pay the ticket off weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
