After the release of his 2014 debut EP, ‘Drip Dry’ and follow-up single ‘Let You Go’, Melbourne singer-songwriter Jack Poulson, AKA JP Klipspringer travelled to Portland Oregon, a city he would come to fall in love with, where hunkered down in a dubiously let abode that was little more than a tool shed, he commenced writing new material.

The first fruit of his labours in the US has presented in the form of new single ‘Watch The River’ a lush, shimmery affair with discernible nods to classic Americana and Nineties indie rock produced by Melbourne producer Matik (Ali Barter, Cash For Gold).

‘Watch The River’ will feature on JP Klipspringer’s forthcoming second EP, due for May release, and foreshadows a series of Australian performances to be announced in the near future.

To celebrate the EP launch, Tne Deaf are giving readers the chance to score a double pass to the gig at Ding Dong Lounge on Saturday June the 6th. Enter your details below for a chance to win!
