It’s been more or less universally agreed upon that the lineup for Splendour In The Grass 2015 is absolutely massive. Well, it just got even bigger, with organisers now announcing the acts set to hit their Red Bull Music Academy stage.
In its third consecutive year at Splendour In The Grass, the Red Bull Music Academy stage will once again be presenting another mind-bending mix of groundbreaking international talent, who will be performing alongside some of the most acclaimed names in Aussie electronic music.
Friday night boasts a lineup featuring the likes of Nosaj Thing, known for his work with Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, and more, as well as Astral People DJs, Catlips, Charles Murdoch, Deutsch Duke, KlO, Mark Maxwell, Motez, and more.
Saturday night follows through with another major hip-hop name serving as headliner. This time, the Red Bull Music Academy stage will come alive with the steady flow of New Orleans native Jay Electronica, who’ll be supported by the likes of Baro, Lucianblomkamp, Kirkis, and more.
Finally, the Sunday night program will feature triple threat talent JMSN and Melbourne favourites Total Giovanni, as well as appearances from Eleventeen Elston, HWLS, Sable, Shaolin Afronauts, Thandi Phoenix, and a DJ set from Shlohmo.
Since this year’s Red Bull Music Academy is set to take place in Paris, the Splendour stage will be celebrating the City of Light by transforming itself into a contemporary, cutting edge creative space that will transport punters to the glory and wonder of Paris.
