Jan Skubiszewski has been making some serious waves with his new solo project, Way of the Eagle. Now, he’s unveiled a sampler for his eagerly anticipated debut album, KODO, in the form of an awesome music video that’ll definitely please fans of Lost in Translation.

Way of the Eagle has already churned out such hits as ‘Rattlesnake’, featuring Australian rock’s man of the hour, Dan Sultan, and which quickly entered the Top 10 Most Played tracks on Triple J. Dan is among the friends who appear in the sampler video, along with Illy, Benji Lewis, and Ceeko.

Meanwhile, KODO features appearances from a whole cast of old friends, as well as some new, including Bobby Saint, Samm T, and Seth Jones. With all these excellent guests, KODO is a true family affair in every way.

Readers can check out the album sampler below, which includes a snippet of current single ‘Sweet Addiction’. The track bears all the hallmarks of Jan’s trademark sound – prominent horns, punchy drums, and a crooning guitar that showcases his skills in creating fresh and powerful music.

KODO is out June 19th via Sony, pre order here.
