We here at Tone Deaf are big fans of Melbourne’s one man music making machine Harts.
After a massive 2014, which saw him release his debut album Daydreamer, be invited to play with Prince at his Paisley Park Studios, and featured in just about every music publication around the country, his new EP Breakthrough sees Harts continuing to hone his blend of classic 70s Rock, and Funk into his own hybrid sound that is uniquely, Harts.
This impressive follow on from 2014’s debut LP features previous Triple J radio hits ‘When A Man’s A Fool’ and the title track ‘Breakthrough’, both of which made it to #1 on most played tracks on Alternative Radio.
Set for release this Friday via Pavement Records / Shock, the EP will be celebrated with a huge 19 date tour which will see the rock n roll prodigy through June and July.
