Bondi Beach isn’t just a national treasure, it’s also one of the world’s most famous beaches. With plenty of sand, sun, and surf, it’s the perfect place for a summer music festival.

Well, the folks behind Beachfest are away ahead of you. They’re bringing a brand new music festival to Bondi this November, headlined by none other than The Beach Boys.

Joining one of the most enduring and iconic bands in existence will be homegrown legends The Whitlams, as well as Busby Marou, Kim Churchill, and Sahara Beck.

“Waverley Council is proud to support Beachfest… it reflects our wonderful beach culture, and is a great way to herald the Summer holidays,” said Major Sally Betts from The Waverley Council.

In addition to great performances from the acts on the lineup, there will also be a Surf Live Saving Parade by the Bondi Life Savers, including a March Past, Beach Flag event, and Board Race/Demonstrations.

But that’s not all, it’s non-stop entertainment with a Miss Beachfest Competition and surfing and skating exhibitions, plus market and food stalls on location for the duration of the event.

Tickets are priced at $85.00 for reserve seats on the beach. VIP packages are available, reserving a table of 10 on the VIP Promenade with food and drink supplied by The Bucket List.

Best of all, $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to Surf Life Saving NSW, who are the official beneficiary of the event. Readers can check below for all the time and ticketing details.
