Having announced an absolutely massive bill of speakers for their forthcoming instalment, the organisers of BIGSOUND 2015 have now dropped the news that everybody’s been waiting for – the all important showcase lineup.

This year’s BIGSOUND will be a smattering of buzzed-about up-and-comers, established acts looking to take on the world, and even some bonafide industry veterans, who’ll be showing the younger kids how it’s all done.

BIGSOUND 2015 will feature performances from Gang of Youths, Grenadiers, Rainbow Chan, Ayla, Babaganouj, RaRa, Baro, High Tension, Holy Holy, Big White, Stonefield, Sui Zhen, Born Lion, Sunbeam Sound Machine, Cosmic Psychos, and many more.

BIGSOUND has fast become the Southern Hemisphere’s premier new music event, with stakeholders and decision-makers from around the world flying in to uncover tomorrow’s new talent. Recent years have seen BIGSOUND serve as the launchpad for artists like Courtney Barnett, Flume, and Seth Sentry.

The event sees Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley play host to 140 bands who will play over two nights on 9th and 10th September, taking over 14 of Brisbane’s best music venues, giving tastemakers, industry members, and the general public one of Australia’s most unique festival experiences.
