We’ve all been there: you’re at a music festival, cruising around, checking out the bands, and nature calls. You start making your way to the toilets, pick one that looks like it might be kind of clean (it won’t be), you open the door, and a mariachi band comes out.

Like we said, we’ve all been there. Well, maybe not, but a few unsuspecting punters at the recent Governors Ball music festival in New York certainly were, thanks to the hijinks pulled by the street comedy group Improv Everywhere.

They played a beautifully orchestrated prank on a few unassuming punters who really just wanted to use the bathroom, but ended up being treated to performances from the likes of a mariachi band, a gospel singing group, an Indian dance troupe, and a marching band.

On the one hand, we’re kind of jealous, because that’s a music festival memory that only a few get to experience and it would’ve been amazing. On the other, you’d really hate to pee your pants in front of a whole mariachis band, huh?
